Good afternoon already !

As weather was nice (and forecast is :poop:) I decided to skip office job for second part of the day and went to my new place where next week should arrive excavators, start dig foundation for my new shed. I think, about building process I will create special topic for you guys. I am not so good in writing, but I am mastering picture posting 😁

I went to mow grass there. It's a bit too early for mow, there is still a lot of that old one grass (do you have a name for that ?), but I just want to show to builders, that in that place everything must me in good order. I will follow that by myself

Meanwhile came in lab results from additional tests. I don't have hepatitis, neither a/b/c. So another doc has another mystery 😎

From my activities you can see that I feel quite ok😎

anyway - USG for friday. So bad results cant be a joke....

Have a nice evening and thank you all !

Just back from the doctor appointment...
Still a NoGo on driving...bummer...
I'd been feeling out of sorts yesterday...even more so today. Turns out, my BP is way low (90 was about the high). I mentioned to the doc that, thinking of it, my BP has steadily decreased during to hospital stay, yet they had increased my BP meds. So, BP meds were reduced by 50%.
Maybe this is why I spent most of the weekend in bed...

Thomas, likely you may have to put up signs. Then there are the folks who don't even pay attention to them.

Helo, hope you feel better, get diagnosed better

never grown broccoli before and I keep looking down the center of the plant wondering when the good part starts...
Not yet.
Now it just looks like a bunch of collard leaves

Some people think there is no good part!
From Bush 41
he said: "I do not like broccoli. And I haven't liked it since I was a little kid. And my mother made me eat it. And I'm president of the United States. And I'm not gonna eat any more broccoli!"[1]

Well roads are all closed. Police are keeping people away. Local servo was undoing his petrol/diesel pumps to shift them as they just recovered from the last flood. Seems like floods are going to be an ongoing phenomena from now on. At least we are high enough where we are to avoid direct flooding.
My pump is working well but I did have to open it and clean out a chunk of debris it sucked up. At least it is keeping the water back from our porch. Water was creeping in earlier.
I feel for the folk down on the flats who cop this all the time. So many crops were destroyed a few weeks ago and tens of thousands of pumpkins covered several paddocks for about 3 klm. Not sure where they came from but one farmer would have been upset. Also lots of hay rotted in paddocks and hundreds of large bales had to be burned. Not sure some folk could survive if it continues.

71°F and cloudy this morning, going up to 91° today.

At home for the rest of the week. Originally scheduled PTO time to attend the oldest stepson's (and his girlfriend's) graduation from Texas State University. However, our arrangement for taking care of the animals while we were gone fell through. So, Wife went and I'm staying home. Not particularly please about that, but it is what it is. Too many unreliable people around.

Got all the lions and wolves and raptors fed, then fed myself. Not sure what I'll get into today, but it's definitely an opportunity rich environment.
Congratulations to the son! I've got a couple of degrees from that fine institution.

Still support the athletic department. Hope he will also.

Helogabals, your English is way better than most of our Latvian, mine for certain. And, I was today years old when I learned that Latvian is the official language of the European Union. Did not know that. I'm now a tiny bit smarter than I was 10 minutes ago.

Congratulations to the son! I've got a couple of degrees from that fine institution.

Still support the athletic department. Hope he will also.
Thanks. He graduates tomorrow with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. His girlfriend graduates Friday with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science. They moved there from Illinois because she specifically wanted to go there. I have no doubt they will continue to support the school. They really like it there.
