Popgadget, That might be it, I did not have a clue. The end turns and moves a metal flap at the pointed end which could lock it in. ?? It was found in the Kitchen.

Yes. It turns the Corningware casserole into a frying pan, and also makes it easy to take out of the oven.

Good (Thursday) morning. Overnight Low of 5.4C and it's presently 19.7C, clear & calm.

Nothing planned for the next few days... I'll just 'take it as it comes'. I am blessed that I can enjoy my retirement with no worries.

One thing I did on my BX after the first fuel filter change was put an inline fuel shut off by the tank outlet. Makes it so much easier to change those filters. Not a great design by kubota lol.
