Day started good got a lot done and cleaned up in the tree plantings until got stung by yellow jackets. Painful for sure. Set the RTV in 4 wheel drive, low gear, locked differential and pulled out pretty easily.

Will carry a tow strap with the mower until done in that area

I'm doing the limit in a construction zone and you blow by me and screw up busting your mirror on my truck and expect me to pay for it, you are on drugs!

I am constantly amazed at the number of really bad drivers out on the road ! I had a young girl come up to a 3 way intersection in which she had a Stop sign and she not only didnt stop, she didnt look if anyone was coming ! Fortunately I was far enough away that I didnt T bone her ! Dont know if it was her cell phone distracting her or the joint she was smoking !

I had to go over too Saratoga Springs NY today, it is horse track season so the town is full of monied idiots along with their normal yuppie idiots. I'm rolling along with traffic on a 2 lane city street when an idiot shoehorns from the other lane to get in front of me as we are coming up to a stop light. Jackass didn't like the horn or my opinion of his intellect. Then a young bimbo just drove right through a red light in front of me, good thing this pickup has good brakes. Was I ever glad to get the heck out of that place.

Saw a B-17 Flying Fortress fly over our house pretty low, twice...checked Flightradar to be sure...then saw multiple trips from Ashland airport to Lake Anna and back, B-25, too...did a search and saw the tour is here...I'd love to fly in one...but, all sold out through Sunday...and tix are $475/850...yikes. Just seeing it in the air is a real treat.

Well, the 0815 telephone conference with my Urologist is done & dusted. It actually occurred @ 0820! All's well and he doesn't need to see me anymore.

Been good afternoon,Big lawn etc. all trim than decided to mow,4 passes left to mow and heaven open up and rain pour than hail really got my attention 30 mins later sunshine,barely finish mowing headed to shed heaven open up again and my back pockets were more than damp.

Plans for the evening feet up share bowl of ice cream.
