I've been trying to source name brand coil packs for my 2019 Ford V10.
prices range from 110 for no name to 275 for NGK to 650 for oem.
can anyone suggest a good place to order these?
I don't trust Amazon's parts matching yet
Want to do the plugs but seems like ideal time to get new coil packs
particularly since I have a miss
something is amiss...so let's throw some parts at it.
You may want to spend a few bucks and get some diagnostics done from a dealer before buying parts. Their factory scanners should pick up what may be amiss and then you can decide if you want to buy parts or let someone fix it for you

'Nam messed up a proud generation in my view.
Strictly your view point only, volunteered for the Marines in 1970 when I graduated. Knew several men that had been drafted or volunteered, some didn't make it back some did. Did my hitch over there made it back and still kicking. And proud of the fact that I served.

John Deere is spending a lot of money on advertising to counter the negative push back they got from sending work to Mexico. $2 billion in new US factories in last five years.
their ad was popping up here.

I think we have a special relationship with Mexico, reinforced by my driving through a lot of what used to be their land.
My Audi Q5 was built in Mexico, very high fit/finish/build quality, likely due to automation, so are a bunch of top name vehicles.
of course if products made in Mexico are used as a political football, they
face other issues.
I think it also helps the security of the US to have a strong manufacturing base South of us. Say in case something very bad happens here, like Yellowstone going off.

one thing I realized driving back and forth this country was that a huge amount of our land is not being used for much of anything. Not even cows.
perhaps much of this is out West and on a huge reservation, we have a LOT of reservations in this country. One could say it was the least we could do.

yet I remain saddened by the proliferation of Native American based gambling resorts.
We have a lot of them too.

we have plenty of available land and one thing was abundantly clear driving the Rockies, we will never run out of rock to build stuff with. Those mountain ranges
naturally are made of it. But the rock formations are endless, simply endless.
We got rock.

and we've got salt. I drove over a bunch of that at Great Salt Lake.
reminds me I should hose down bottom of rv when I get home.
Then a big can of waxy spray oil on whatever I can get to.
Without being up on a lift, hard to do

doesn't get light for another 45 minutes, plus it's cold out there, no rush this morning
Are there some places around you for wax-oil or fluid film under treatment, I like the Waxoyl products,
Waxoyl USA | Offering 360º of Protection from Corrosion.

Good (Monday) early arvo. Overnight Low of 11.8C and it's presently 23.7C, fairly clear & fairly calm.

I was 'on' TBN this morning when the opportunity came to video call my Aunt (in Ontario, Canada), which I took. A lovely long call.

The only thing 'planned' for today is a Church 'Parish Council' meeting this evening @ 1700.

That's about it, take care all.

According to the farm mechanic the reason why the left tire seized was the doohitchie. hopefully they can fix it by next weekend but only if the $2k part comes in soon enough. The farm truck has been assigned the New Holland's duties. I was on the Kubota today - no problems - almost every ride was a full trailer - 60 people. Temps only in the 80s - warm but not hot, most of the time.
