Happy birthday Farmer nice present. Weather wise a little far out but probably warm but wet

Thanks. Mountain winter weather can be a hard one I know. How long do you think this warm pattern will last. At least it's raining and warm.

Good morning! We are colder than all but Thomas at 37˚this morning.

The neighbors bull was calling our bull names and a fight broke out leading to the destruction of a length of fence. The neighbors bull's wives left him and came to our property because they thought he was too much of bully. White cow mystery solved.

Still working on the three white horses mystery, isn't there a song about three white horses, maybe that will lead to clues?

farmer2009 Drew good luck with the Santa Suit and party.[/QUOTE said:
Thanks. Kinda thought it would help get us all "in the mood".

Was trying to figure out how to get a pic with Santa in the Kubota but no time that night for sure.

Santa could be driving the Kubota with a trailer full of hay giving the kids a hayride, stopping at the fire pit where they make S'Mores.

57° going to 65° today, around normal cool for the weekend then warm all next week with 65° for Christmas Day.

You know what Don, I"m going to do that, but next summer and no Santa. I'll alternate a summer picnic with a winter party. hayrides, horseshoes, croquet, badminton, frizbees, all that kind of stuff. And some kind of find it game among all the fruit trees. Which tree has the treat with your name on it hanging up? My land is flat and pretty low risk; kids can run around. And yes to the firepit, though I'd probably sort of fake it and stack some wood in there to maintain a fire for awhile. Who can resist melting a marshmallow? I could stack some concrete blocks for seats for the kids, long sticks are easy to make, and they could sit a reasonably safe distance away.

Don. Good that you're solving the white cow mystery. Not so good that you now have fence repairs. Nothing worse than having to separate two bulls.

Three white horses. Not mine. You might check with Kev.

Drew that really sounds like a lot of fun.

Close to where the fence is down a large oak tree fell on the fence also. I tried to pick it off the fence with my tractor/grapple but the front tires just sunk into the wet ground. A project for another day. if you look to the center left you can see the stressed fence.

Good Morning! 41F @ 7:45AM. Cloudy. High 53F. Winds SSE at 5 to 10 mph.

Careful, Drew, your place will get to be known as Party Central, and they'll start calling you a Playboy!

Town for groceries today, then back for more bike testing if I get home in time this afternoon.

It's raining. Again. Still. For at least two more weeks. Think it's bedtime.

Farmer long range not much help right now too much confusion in their forecasts. Bermuda high for next week like July therefore record or near record temperatures. Until the different oscillations quit acting stupid winter on the east will be nonexistent. But for those who like cold and snow there are certain changes that may may bring changes. For now I would go mild and wet

Good morning all. 28F this morning, clear with light frost. Only the second freeze this year. Forecast today is for 56F, tomorrow is for 52F, probably still ride tomorrow. Got one gable lighted for Christmas, will run a string on the back porch cause wifey suggested it :). More decorations on Christmas tree, start picking up more leaves, and choir performance tonight on the TMA list.

well that cold air isn't getting down here today for sure, high of 75 today in rain coming in after lunch. That gives me all morning to do some outside chores, like pulling the lawn roller on the ever increasing ruts, and hopefully the roofing people will finish the shed roof this morning. Going to rain into tomorrow and then that cold dry air that Buppies is enjoying a day earlier will drop down here. Good thing, gives my lawn a day to dry out before all those cars park on it. I am pleased to report that the trial run on the Santa suit went well. Approx five minutes to don and get "fussed with". 7 little bags packed, each little present inside separately wrapped (with full credit to a helpful elf) and Sat morning I will carefully put those little bags in my big red velvet bag and try to keep them intact while I walk down the stairs. The house design is unusual here, and just perfect for this little event. The door at the bottom of the stairs is built into a larger frame like design and is completely hidden when shut. No knob, just an indent. The whole panel swings out. So I will seem to be truly coming down the chimney and popping out of a wall. Should be fun as i shake that bell and see how many different ways i can say ho ho ho.... And then wind up with kids on my lap I suppose. A three year old boy, might be too scared, three five year old boys, two 8 year old girls, and an 11 year old boy who is actually going to be one of my helpers in corralling the kiddos. All during which I will be sweating inside that red velvet suit. I think when I'm done I will have earned myself a nice ice cold Mexican beer with a lime. For hydration purposes only... if I get any good ones I'll report them here. The forecast looking forward looks very wet during Christmas week. Well, someone is hopefully getting a White Christmas then.

Sounds like fun for YOU, Drew :)
