How many pounds is it, how you gonna cook it? Better yet, what time should we all show up?

Just kidding.
When I was in college, I worked at a premium steakhouse. The chefs would just barely cook the prime rib in the oven to a certain temp, leaving it rare throughout the middle cuts. I would order an end cut, with a bone...yum yum. since I like my meat a bit more done, I would have them finish the cooking in a big tub of ajus they kept hot. Each prime rib plate came with a cup of ajus. Some liked horseradish with theirs but not me.
We are cooking some hamburger meat right now to be added into the spaghetti sauce. My favorite store bought sauce is Classico Mushroom and Ripe Olive. I have not been able to find it at Walmart or our local grocery chain called H-E-B.
I seem to always forget to buy mushrooms at the store...
