11 this morning and headed to 35 today. Nice March sun and a thawed ground. This snow should be gone in a few days. We lost about 2-3 inches yesterday and it didn't get above freezing. Thanks for the warning Buppies.

Spent 6 hours yesterday digging out. Took 3 hours to do my drive .25 miles and the county road out to the state road 1 mile. Another local farmer had already plowed the state road out to the main road. About a mile also. Don't know how much farther he went. The other 3 hours were spent clearing around chicken coops so I could work in them.

Now that I've lost two days to this weather I can get back to the grind. Good day all.

Good afternoon all. 16F this morning sunny, going to 47F, good day for a ride, Tomorrow starts a string of at least 9 days of near normal or above normal temps . Shopping to replace desktop and laptop computers, might land a laptop today. That and a ride will leep me busy for a while.

16F headed to 4F overnight. Very sunny 26F today. Forecast highs above freezing the next 8 of 9 days.

Caught two mice last night, both were small and I feared a nest. I reset the traps this morning and nada so far. Hope that is the end of the little b-tards.

Thomas, you can take tomorrow off.
