VHS is the best, DVDs always end up being scratched or snapped with me...

Well good mornin' guys! It looks pretty misty out, but I'm assured by the weather woman on television it is going to brighten up any time now and reach 24*C/75*F!

Yesterday got up to 22*C/72*F which was the hottest day this year in the UK.

Wasn't all good yesterday though, as the sudden heat (I believe) killed the Ford's battery in the supermarket car park.

We've got to go out this morning so I'll try and fire it up (it got a 15 mile drive home after being jump started) but I'm not expecting much apart from a few sluggish cranks because I suspect a dead cell.

Oh well, I have another battery I can throw in it if I need to.

I expected more than 3 years out of it though...

62 headed for 82 with scattered T-storms.

T-storms in middle of the night gave the baby (she's 3 not really a baby, but she's my baby) bad dreams and she would not go back to bed due to she has recently decided she is afraid of spiders (but there are no spiders in her bed) so my wife let her grab her blankie and pillow off her bed and sleep on the rug in the bathroom.

I do much better with interrupted sleep than wifey does, but she handled this one at first. when she came to bed frustrated the baby would not relax and try to go back to sleep I got a turn. I cuddled her on the bathroom floor until she calmed down and got sleepy, and I have the stiff neck this morning to prove it! But she is so darned cute I just can't help myself.

So I had to tiptoe to get my coffee this morning...
