74°F and no rain last 24 hours.

Sorted thru my supply of leftover ceramic tile and appears I have enough for both bathrooms in a consistent pattern of four different types and sizes. Now to finish the downstairs drywall. :)

Be safe
Have a great day

Long day, back hurts, good to be home.

Drew, Sodamo is right, there is info there and why I chose to do this, but not the info I wanted. LOL I am not sure of camera placement till I get the system. Having 4 cars (2 trucks, 2 cars) that all have backup cameras, I know they all have different focal views. If this was a perfect world (LOL) I would mount everything to the top of my canopy, but we will see what gives me the best view for what I want. But it is a good thread to start with. BTW I spent a lot more on my system to get what I wanted and hopefully avoid some of the fears you & I have.

Pretty hot here today, did get some errands done, split some wood, now need to stack it... Winter is coming, but I hope I can get a few more things done!

Pretty good day, remaining drywall is hung, initial mud applied and now for it to dry.

Raining here now.

KevT.

My Tacoma had a rear camera, my Tundra doesn't but I toy with the idea of mounting one, but one that plugs into current system.
Would think a front mounted camera on my tractor would be very helpful both for Bucket and forks. Many times I have my wife be my spotter when using the forks.

If I get on the edge of my seat, I can just see the end of my forks. Works most of the time. The rest of the time, I trigger the seat safety switch, and shut my machine off!! My wife isn't usually around to play spotter, so maybe a camera would be a idea.

I am hoping. Same with the rear one so I can see if the disc is clogged by a busted root and dragging half the field with it, or lining up the auger on the PHD to my marks. I am to old and fat to constantly be twisting in my seat to look. My favorite camera is on my F250 and was installed with a Sony system. It has adjustable graduation marks so you know exactly how far things are. Perfect for hooking up trailers. My wife's is the one on her Sierra 1500 that was installed with a Kenwood system, it shows a wide angle easier for her to back in between the lines. The Equinox and the Altima I believe are factory and are okay, they just kinda give a picture of what is back there and comes more in focus as you get closer. Keeps you from hitting any trees or another car.

Coffee is done brewing. 68° with light rain this morning. Heading to 75° with a cooling north breeze. Looks like summer is over. Temperatures are suppose to stay in the 60's and 70's for the next month. Lawn cutting day if it drys enough.
Good Morning All.

good morning all. 74 degrees going to 84 in a humid, sticky day with afternoon showers.
Didn't have much planned for today, think I'll work in the barn. I got the heavy duty folding hinges in I ordered, to make a waist high
workstation for working on chain saws and small items. Now that I'm not building a garage for mechanical work, vs woodworking, I'm going to modify what I have already in the barn and make it work. That includes leveling the dirt floor in the barn and putting in a hard floor with left over pavers. Good projects for when the lawn slows down.
