Drew, I lost 70 pounds mainly by eating stir-fry and green beans. I would eat a big bowl of veggies before I ate my regular food. I went from 245 down to 165 and have crept back up to my goal weight of 173 {prime number}. It does make it easier on your joints to carry around less weight. It is worth the effort.
Great story. I'll have to look on your Supper thread for recipes.
