Neighbor is going to start pool school today, hope I get a good grade. We are talking about swapping it over to salt instead of those chlorine tablets.
Ed, keep good notes, I'm thinking of switching to salt also.

We should use the little REPORT POST icon in lower left corner of each post whenever inappropriate post are found. The person that cleaned up the comments must have spent considerable amount of time cleaning up original post and all the following quotes. Many thanks to them. As a Moderator on a large RV forum. I know how much of job this can be.Drew, you make some good points. I very much value the civility and candor here; it's generally a happy place and I think a lot of us stay because of that. If it were to degrade to shouting matches and drama, I'd find better ways to use my time. I was going to ask about the CC steering wheel. It sounds like the dealer doesn't have the appropriate pixie dust, either.
I'm lying on the bed, throwing Ben Franklins into the air! :laughing:Top- I hope you got a pretty penny for your loader.
We got 4" of rain at my house, less than 2 miles away got 7", all in about 4-5 hours, massive street flooding, what a mess. Pretty today, low dew points and a nice breeze. Went out and pulled weeds and deadheaded about a thousand blooms.

Farmer, your son will be well faster than we'd get over a cold! God bless him!
I hear its all about the Benjamin's![]()
Farmer, best wishes for your son.Don, I remember that picture and even sent it to my sister.
A little too close for comfort.
when I was about your boy's age. Very scary: Stinky, brightly lit room full of people wearing masks, and I'm being rolled around on a hard table. Then one of them puts a mask on my face and all of a sudden I start choking on this awful smelling air (it was ether). I started to squirm and thrash, and it took four of them to hold me down until I passed out. When I woke up my throat felt like I'd swallowed a rose bush and I couldn't talk. But I soon learned that ice cream helped a lot with the throat, and I worked that for all it was worth.
wow, what a flashback. It's tonsil time all over. The above was the same for me. i think the ether took me down pretty quickly but I also remember it making me feel lousy later. Ice cream was the universal treatment. More please.
Farmer, hope your boy does fine.
