Good morning!!!!

84F and partly cloudy @ 11:30, "feels like" temp is 84F.

Good chance of scattered thunderstorms starting to develop around 16:00 ... ... we can use the rain, although it will probably make the grass grow ...

Completed mowing and pick up on front yesterday, think I got another 2 or 3 loads. Also got most of mowing/pick up done on east side of house and a little bit done on west side as well. Maybe another hour to finish.

Siding panel cleaned, dried, and ready for stain.

Finished sanding 8 lb sledge handle, applied two coats of BLO. Next is probably the BLO/beeswax combo treatment.

Glued another panel on first barn owl nest box.

Noticed bird feeders need refilled ... so that's near the top of the list for today, along with finishing up the mowing before the rain starts.

And of course: haircut ...

Hope everyone has an enjoyable, productive, and safe day.

No, I was turned down and Heartline did ask about Afib. I filled out the initial app then got a second, more Detailed one emailed to me, about 2 weeks later I got the denial. They told me they would like for me to apply in the future. I trashed the email.
I even took the app off my phone because I was pissed.

Sounds like a completely different study, even the phone number in your e-mail does not go to Heartline, and that number is not listed on their site. Might want to try again with the correct site that David gave. The number on the e-mail goes to a business called All Connect - about televisions.

The way the study sign-up is set up it accepts or rejects immediately not two weeks later.

Oh, and a "welcome" goes out to Luther!

Randy, I had made an electric actuator small dump cart years ago (when we lived back East). It worked really well and was strong. The biggest problem with it was it could not be left out in the rain, the actuators were not really weatherproof. I am sure that the engineers that designed the grapple took that into consideration. It would be my concern that it would be protected in some way.

My tractors both stay indoors when I’m not using them. I’ve had linear actuators on several rear hitches on large garden tractors, only problem I had was a limit switch went bad on one. It had a 1500 lb actuator and it ripped the tail plate off the tractor.

Agree. I think there may have been more than 1 study.

It’s from the Heartline app, I reinstalled it and when I logged on that’s what I got. It’s the same site, no doubt.

I called the number and it said “thank you for calling Heartline support”. I don’t know what happened when you called. Not sure where you got the television stuff, but it’s not that number.

I did transpose two numbers. While you had them on the line did you ask why you were rejected?

73F and partly cloudy @ 18:00.

Grass all mowed and picked up earlier (finally )

Tag-team effort going on with garage clean up - she’s vacuuming and wiping things off, I’m organizing and putting things away.

Big thunder boomers came through a bit ago, we were under a severe thunderstorm alert. Don’t know exactly how much we got but it had to be at least an inch ... probably more ...

High got up to 93F, thunderstorm came through and dropped it to 72F.

She just ran down to Subway to grab some chow.

Whipper is doing a study of one with this to help her remember not to bark excessively:
Amazon.com : STOPWOOFER No Shock Humane and Effective Dog bark Collar for Small Medium and Large Dogs-Anti-Barking Collar Corrects Barking with Sound Warning and Vibration-Anti bark Collar no Dog Control : Pet Supplies

She is learning quickly. We are outside with her while training doing voice commands.

1 bark alarm
2 bark longer alarm
3 bark alarm and vibration
4 bark longer alarm and vibration
5 bark "
6 bark "
7 bark "
8 bark sleep mode for 1 minute

She is down to no more than 2 barks after just 3 incidents of feeling the necessity to bark.

It has 100% 5 star rating on Amazon after over 400 reviews, I can see why.

Almost forgot.

Took a spin around the firetruck the other day using one of the canned flight programs on the drone. Always gives me an uneasy feeling once it takes off on its own, especially when it crosses over into the sun...

I didn’t know there were canned flights.

Mid 90s again.

Just mixed up more sevin and sprayed beans, cabbage and corn. Jap Beatles on the beans real bad.
Ordered two 1” brass street els from amazon, received 2 packages, one had 2, the other had 5. Now to see how they charged me.
Need to change water lines into geothermal pump. Rubber hose is kinking and preventing full water flow.
No storms in sight.

BEF, Ron, hope your aches go away. Shoulder pain seems to be more common these days for many. I wake up all to often with shoulder pain. Caused by Cipro (or a close cousin of Cipro) side effects. Better now, but it has been years since I took the stuff.

Eric, I will gladly pass the compressor King torch to Rick!

Randy, you are a lovable guy.

I hope Drew got most of his stuff re-situated.

Prayers for Buppies, Drew, and all in need.

Good evening all. 76F to start the morning, mostly cloudy sky, light breeze. Light wind day, clouds broke up some this afternoon, high temp 92F, feels like 99F. Fish had a assemble habitat party this morning, stayed for 1.5 hours then came home to mow, about half the lawn needed mowing. Nap this afternoon. Trolling batteries charged back up in boat.
Covid update: Cooke 172 confirmed cases, 29 active cases, Montague 45 confirmed cases, 10 active cases, Grayson 923 confirmed cases, 69 active cases
Dennis the fact you are posting at 3:30 is not good hope you can deal with the pain
Drew, hope you don't have to sweat too much loading boxes
Eric agreed the number by itself is not very informative. Now if dew point above 65F I know for me it will be a mega sweat day :)
Ron sorry about ankle and missed party, hope girl friend not too disappointed ;) Hope your ankle responds to energy conservation. Nice pic
RNG I am sure your shorts know as well. :D
Billy lots of clouds here no rain :( tomorrows forecast is for rain. hope you can work out how to use old straps on new sprayer
RNG good progress on the tank.
Luther lots of A/C rarely work all day in this heat. Love to see pic of dog hiding under beard :)
PJ good to hear trailer loan ended well, and yes 42" deck is small. I need to trim trees but fishing keeps winning out :) Don't mind long hair, just too hot when temps go past 80F
Ted and then there is building and fly the R/C equipment, glad you got the Ford repaired and back on road in timely fashion. Has the follow on project is less intense
RS never stops
Ken looks like big ash, good luck with yellow jackets
David good to hear back to normal.
Don good luck with whipper's barking
Buppies 180 ton a lot of asphalt!
Prayers for all Especially Drew and move, Jay/Peg, Kyle's daughter, and Country
stay safe and healthy you all
