66°F and .37 inches rain.
I’ve now completed 72 trips around the sun and start another today. Had I known maybe I’d have taken a bit better care of the ship

Have to make a quick trip into town for a good dessert to take to dinner invite tonight Otherwise no big plans.

Sorry but you just don't have a good sweet potato pie recipe. Sweet potato pie has to have coconut in it.

Don half sweet potatoes peeled and cut into small chunks, half apples peeled and cut into smaller chunks. Add a large can of crushed pineapple in pineapple juice and bake.

Growing up, sweet potatoes weren’t my favorite. As i recall it wasthe overly sweet candied yams (from a can) or rather flavorless things my mom roasted.
Current sweet potatoes are quite flavorful. Baked, a bit a butter, salt and pepper and pretty awesome. I’ll often take sweet potatoe fries over usual White ones when out.
Last Sunday, we had some mashed with a bit of honey and cinnamon, delicious.

I was informed our sweet potato was already designated for the hot air fryer for sweet potatoes fries. Served with Sweet chili sauce . . . tasty. Ron you would say "I'll take a few more" instead of "no thanks". 14 minutes stirring once - one large potato ff cut 1/2" thick.

RNG I still get the feeling you will be getting a call soon this evening.
