Each capsule is 15 mg x 30 =450.

liquid ML vs solid Mg is a little mystifying but I think the dose is 15mg, I weigh 215

came in to sit down. Planted my first whole tray of cabbages, about 250 of them. Now on to the second tray
though I think I might transplant some RockyTop lettuce too. All done on hands and knees. Just need to rest after a
couple of hours of that. Javier is here to help, yeah, and after he finished cutting out more holes, then I'm teaching him to plant.
He looked excited, has a garden, believe he will plant just fine.
When you are doing "production" like I am, can't sit there and obsess over every plant. Got to keep moving. 200+ per tray and many
trays in the greenhouse. At least the weather is cooperating.
For now. If it changes, I have row covers to put on.

I have been considering capsules.
My wife has back pain and fused discs, she tried the liquid under her tongue.
But didn't like the taste plus she has major doubts about anything working
that doctors don't prescribe. So she quit it at a hundred dollars for a small bottle
So I've considered getting empty gel caps and filling them for her.

As I'm down on my hands and knees planting, I keep looking out at that potato field. Potatoes go in next week.
Maybe the dirt is dry enough. It isn't...but we can always try maybe...worth some seat time to discover. However with no rain in the forecast for a while, every day I wait to rototill makes the resulting planting dirt lighter and fluffier.
Besides I haven't given the local farmers who drive by slowly in their pickup trucks
the ability to say their favorite saying:
what is that Northern fool up to now?
You see a tractor in the field here and everyone slows down to check it out. Probably the
same everywhere to some degree, particularly on back roads when no one is behind you.
There's a lot of nice Deere and IH equipment out in the fields here, some NH and a little Massey.
And some very strange old equipment for cotton picking.

now what I need is a potato harvester. Won't even consider buying one until the 400 pounds of seed potatoes come in.

back to work.
Let's see, down on my hands and knees or sitting in that comfy air seat.
Plants aren't going to jump in the ground by themselves...

Billy- Thanks for the drone video. That's a nice homebuilt. I really liked the gimbal functioning I've cleaned insect "snarge" from the props of my radio controlled FP helicopters as well as from my drones snarge. New Word Suggestion. The residue smeared on an airplane after a bird/plane collision. Dragonflies seemed attracted to the helicopters. I do not know if it was the shape, colors, or frequency of the motor whine that doomed them

Phil- That's great news about your Wife and you. I have Barretç—´ syndrome too as a result of all the meds I had to take because of the BOOP. No doctor suggested food restrictions yet; but I am aware of what and when I can eat certain foods and foods to avoid. Food and/or alcohol restrictions never bothered me, but coffee restrictions are another matter. I never had a problem with acid reflux before I got sick.

Rick- My special + thoughts, wishes, and prayers for your little Brother; especially the rehab/PT BTDT (6 screws, 2 pins, 1 plate, and some wire and poor radio reception)

IM"H"O Each individual responds to CBD and THC chemicals in their own unique way just like any prescribed medication. Hopefully there will be more science and less hysteria with researching the dosing, med interactions, and costs/benefits of medicinal CBD and THC products. I am glad to read that many here and/or their spouses have had + responses as have I.

Low was 1° this morning, way below predictions of the day before. Got 2" of snow yesterday. Sunny this morning, supposed to get above freezing finally.

Have a funeral to attend later, mother of a friend.

I find all this drug discussion disturbing. Had a friend try that when she had cancer, it messed her up worse. I can see if it helps those in severe pain, but it should be administered and monitored by a Dr.

Wonder how Ed is doing.......

Pellet box is half empty, might top it off while the ground is frozen. I use tractor to fork them onto the porch, and those R1s leave a mark when the ground is soft.

I need to get a move on, Whippers class this morning. I gave her her first dose of oil, it may be too soon but I'll see if she is less stressed at class. She seems to obey commands when more stressed so now she might take the attitude of "whatever's cool man, yep like maybe I can do that maybe not, got any snacks?"

Uh huh, and tomorrow she be like "What class? We went to class yesterday? Fergit about class, gimme another one of those funny tasting dog treats! They make me feel so GOOD!":laughing:
