49 right now...hi, about 60 and some rain today. Monday was beautiful and I did finish mowing the lawn

up way too early, leg cramps again. At least the hot tub got fixed yesterday, but I worked until 5pm and never got to fill it up.
I'm going to need to shopvac all the water and crud out of it and then really clean it, haven't had to in 4 years, looked like new until this latest mishap.
Think dried egg on a plate...

great train pics and video. I wish this country would take trains and mass transportation seriously. Europe and the Far East are way ahead of us.
I mean isn't it dumb I have to go North to Washington DC, NorthWest to Chicago, then West to California?
Where is our bullet train coast to coast?

mid fifties out going to low 80s today in nice weather. Early doc appt with arthritis guy, then home to mow lawn.

Here in eastern Canada I do small scale firewood. I am not near my woodlot at this time as I helped my daughter move to her new city job. Seems like I can't be away from the woods for more than a day without missing it. Your posts help eased my pain. Lostcaper.ca

Back to work after 4 day weekend work 3 days have another 4 day weekend.
Not much plan for after work just putter.
Hanna right on time day break she comes strolling up driveway for breakfast.
E muffin feed little critters slow roll to work.

32 °F and going to a high of 54. Wind N 9 mph. Mainly sunny.

A dump run is in the cards for today as well as some local shopping.

A neighbour called yesterday evening wanting 3 holes 2' square and 5' deep dug. I told him to get a hold of "call-before-you-dig' and have them map what is hidden in the ground, FIRST. Then we would discuss price.

Other than the dump run I am not doing anything today.

Old steam trains are neat!

Coffee is done brewing. 42ｰ with rain this morning. Heading to 56ｰ with rain most of the day. Little over .5" since yesterday evening. Repaired AC drain on furnace with a little PVC glue. Stay out of rain is all I have on list for today.
