Clearing skies took us down to 6C/42F last night. Should be a very pleasant day now the sun has found a way through the mist.

Betty skipped school with my younger brother at our house. I met her as I was was getting ready to go to work on the afternoon shift:

Not much going on other little puttering after work.
Deer keeping apples clean up and squirrels have most of acorns clean off the lawn.
E muffin feed little critters slow to work.

I've been in CT for training the last few days. Today is the last day...be heading home this afternoon...I am definitely ready to go home!!

After getting back from hiking Coco to the river yesterday morning, had a call from Costco that the tires I ordered were in. I had taken advantage of their $110 off sale. Made an appointment for the afternoon, and now the truck drives like new, maybe better. Got home in time to Prune The Hedges.

Drinking first cup of coffee. 55° clear skies this morning. Heading to 78° with mostly sunny skies. Got all outside windows cleaned yesterday. Still need to do inside. But I can do that on a rainy day. Need to mow lawn again after sharpening blades.

Starting with the prom picture. Betty left me with many good memories and pictures. My brother did not have any money to take anyone to the prom. I had a car, money and charm. Took the city girl into the country and made a country girl out of her. It has been a real chore keeping up her gardens the last few years. But we both loved them.

Mostly, checked the repaired tire yesterday. Using the cars tire pressure monitor. It has gained 1 psi since repair. :thumbsup:

Check, nice siding job. I like the color.

Buckeye, the best improvement. Seat Time.

Randy, looking for another tractor. Good sign of better health in the future.

LS, hope your knee gets repaired soon.

Good morning! 71˚F The rain will say east of us heading to the low 90s cloudy.
Hiking club meeting today.
At Mom's Dr. appt. yesterday he recommended a pacemaker, so I must now do some research and find info so she can make decision. All my mom knows to do is ask people that have had one put in, she knows one other person. Of course the experience of another person does not mean you will have the same outcome as she found out on her knee and hip.

Buckeye congratulations on another milestone, the big one!

Check the finish line is in sight! It's nice to look at a good job and think "I did that" as years go by.
