I'm gonna get some seat time!

Unless I have to build an outside chicken pen all day (very likely possibility).

Did I call it or what... I spent all day agreeing to do it, discussing whatit would do, getting it approved by wife (can't have it looking all redneck), buying the supplies and getting started.

Not a second of seat time except I used the LX266 with a trailer to move a couple hay bales from the barn to the house.

All I managed to realy get done was I got all my tools out and ready, and I got the door frame up, square, and solid. I did put one coat of paint on the screen door I'm using (chicken wire added to both sides).

Today after Church, I will do 50 feet of 60" welded wire (roughly 20 x 10 wider at the front of the chicken shack). I will overlap 2' wide chicken wire to the top to make it a 6' tall fence, and I will add 36" chicken wire to the bottom with at least 6-12" buried at a 45 degree angle to discourage digging.

Of course it is supposed to rain every day after today... Bush hogging and pasture maint, etc.will have to wait. Again...

Been up for an hour or so, on second cup of coffeee.... very pleasant here at the moment, 54F and clear.

Got the lawn mowed Friday afternoon for the second time, did the dump run and some other errands yesterday. Picked up a "Female Hitch Coupler" for my tractor, with the idea of fastening it to a 5' back blade plow.

Idea is to be able to switch very quickly & easily from snowblower to plow in the winter; I think it should work.

Of course the price of that part was higher than expected when I went to pick it up, but still, not having a good steel cutter I figure I'd easily spend more than $152 to have one made up.

Hoping to get some "quality time" with my airplane today. (Not flying, repairing....)

55 now heading up to 80... Got two loads of laundry done (husband found a leaky pipe yesterday that needed fixed), starting to work on a small chain link fence drag as a gift for a friend, first farmers market opens today, then mowing a 3.5 acre pasture and trying out my big fence drag rain starting tonight which will be perfect!

Since it is a nice day, I've swapped my second coffee for a glass of lemonade with ice cubes. I feel like I'm in the med... Or on meds...

wow i couldn't believe i actual got on the site without the white page.that is getting to be a bit much.
its 63 this morning with storms this afternoon.we planted the garden this weekend so rain would be good.
