Got the coffee pot on. 38 degrees with cloudy skies and light rain this morning. Heading to 46 with more clouds and rain. Weather for the next week looks like a repeat for everyday. Must be fall in MI. Guess I will have to get out and do what has to be done regardless of weather. Need to do a final cleanup before it freezes over. Good day to get started.

I've got a knot on the side of my right thigh from where my mare kicked me last night. Now I've been kicked, I'm glad I got that over with.

Good morning! 63 with a high of 82, clear skies, warming up.
I knew yesterday would be another paver interrupted day when I saw my wife walking back from the mailbox with a 10' box. (The 27th interrupted day last month.) Hanging tint film window shades in the house was a priority project that took the glare out of the south view. She is happy, I am happy, yea.

I made about a dozen cuts on the pavers connecting the compass pointers in the center of the circle at 45 degrees. Looking good.

With all the interruptions and road trips last month I was still able to run 25 days logging 80 miles. That's 14 hours of running on veggies, grains, and fruits only. Time will tell if it works, but quality of life now is great!

The Lord knows I could not do it...

My wife is big on organic and non-processed foods. We eat fewer grains, lots of veggies and fruits, and plenty of meat (preferably clean meats), grass fed organic dairy (inc raw milk), and natural fats.

I have ALWAYS been a carnivore, and luckily my weight is not bad, and all my blood chemistry is clean, and my BP is fine.

Because I am not the man Don is...
I have a huge respect for Don's level of committment and dedication. That guy clearly has a plan and he is following it.

A lovely sunny day here in Scotland and the weather definitely reflects my mood.

I had that interview half an hour ago and got the job!

I start on Monday and it's government funded until September next year then I may get employed by the actual company if they can afford it, but whether I do or not is irrelevant to the fact that the financial situation we're in at the moment will be abated for now. Hallelujah

Good to hear that everybody made it thru the storm. And Don is amazing. We eat very little meat, but the running is crazy good!!! I am a lazy bum by comparison. Coffee, french roast this am, very good! Need to go to the shop, the hot water is out. I never had a gas hot water tank before, so I need to call a repair guy. Thing is 4 years old, goes out occasionally. Doggies and ******* like hot baths...or at least like them better than cold ones.

Me too....Our family eats chicken , lean cuts of beef and pork lots of veggies...but less beans and grains...too fattening...too many carbs...even the good carbs and whole wheat are fattening...Yes Don is determined and strong...not many would have the discipline he does.
