Today I start the process of moving (wish me luck).

God only knows how this will all end up (I have my strong suspicions though).

37 degrees this morning high of 58 today showers tonight and do we need it. New wiring done in kitchen painting started have to be finished by Sunday. Drywall that was damaged to be repaired today, cabinet installation begins Tuesday morning. Good morning

going to the estate attorney this afternoon, that should be a dreary use of time.
But at least tomorrow I have a big guy's woodsplitting "party" at my friend's farm, and we will take down the garden and split a mountain of wood. Yes, I'll prove it with pics...

Many years ago when I all of a sudden found myself single I had to learn to split wood fFireplace was my only heat other than an electric bathroom heater). That's when someone needed to have a hidden camera. They would be rich today. I'm lucky I didn't chop my leg off.

Having "suspicioions" makes for self fulfilling prophecy. Go with an open mind. Plan to have fun. (Well, as much fun as moving can be.) Be glad you are getting back in your own place.

One of the things we do in competition, be it with horses, dogs, or just ourselves, is to mentally picture that "perfect run", over and over in our head. That really does carry over. (Same with expecting the horse to knock the barrel, or dog to take the wrong jump, etc.) Mental imaging is HUGE!

Morning. I can see the sun, so that's a big plus. I have a overhead door, it made a squaling sound, then quit working. Need to fix that. My wide's truck is outside, my tractor is inside the garage. This can't last too long.

35* currently. Several mild days coming up with highs in the mid-40's. I can take it.

I have to spend some quality time with my broken propane boiler today. I also plan on getting back to the beaver pond to see what they are up to. They have been piling-up brush in the water near their lodge. I don't know if they are storing under ice food for the winter, or building an in-law apartment. :laughing:

But it has washed the cold out of the forecast. Next Tuesday is the next time we are supposed to get down in the 30's. Everyone have a good day.
