That's IT! I leave and they look at each other and say "There's something Fishy about that guy..."... LOL!Be well, David
LOL ... I may have to consider a nationwide tour ...
...
I'm gonna go outside and do something REAL, like move the bonfire pile or ???
Later guys.
Be well,
David
Just BURN it.![]()
As fun as that would be... it has a purpose for a big birthday bonfire bash I am hosting for a good friend the first Saturday in Oct.
But I read a post about "radiant heat" and now I'm afraid it is still too close to my forest of trees, and it is already large and I'm not done...
David
I do BIG bonfires. I make the call to the local FD, 4 minutes up the road, just in case.
If it is going jump, it will jump. Had a neighbor that had what looked to be OK distance between him and the woods, 5 FD's later and 20 acres, well, it was just bad karma. No fine, no talking to, crap just happens.
Hey rs !Ryan,
Try vinegar with your metal rather than that nasty muriatic acid stuff. It works a little slower but it's a lot safer to play with and no hazardous waste to deal with. Just wash it off in fresh warm water (with your bare hands!) using a fine wire brush or whatever.
Well ... I'll be in the general area anyways ... so why not ?Please plan a tour stop at Mossflower Woods...
I knew there had to be a reason that it was my fault ... thanks for the heads up and helping me to "see the light" ...See! It is because your too busy on detailing your tools.![]()

But 2pm today I'll be home, and I may go right to bed.
