Good afternoon all. 14F this morning, 25F is the forecast high, mostly sunny. Swapped out wireless router after the new router got a firmware update. Wireless portion went easier than anticipated

One more day of chilly weather and then the highs head up into the 40's for the next four days ... it will be a welcome relief ...

I heard Kentucky go 21" of snow in 12 hours. I-65 is stopped dead and people have been stranded for almost a day.

10 and the wind has a bite,went out and filled Bird feeders,they are really hitting them hard.There is a flock of Finches that there from morning to dark.Spring is on the way,next week about this time we are going to be close to 50 can not wait.

Glad we aren't getting it like Kentucky. About 4 inches...still snowing with silver dollar sized snow flakes. Just came in from a one mile hike with Coco to a pond...frozen over and snow covered - they always look so pretty that way.
Songbirds are devouring the seed, suet, worms, and peanut butter mix as fast as we can take it out.

Yea we did. The heaviest snow followed the Western Kentucky Parkway up to I-65.

When I got up this AM it was raining a little now I have at least 7 inches of snow on the ground. Sheesh.

11F headed to -2F tonight. It was a cloudy day with a chilly wind.
I walked the dogs twice around the loop I keep plowed out. Can't go anywhere else because the snow is too deep. We should get some melty weather soon that will make the snow slushy on top. That freezes overnight hard enough to walk on in the morning. Just have to get back home before you start sinking in over the knees as the day warms up.
Be careful in the storm.

Larro and I and quite a few others will be pleased to pass but thank you.
pouring rain here, still at 36 degrees, this is the line of precip that is dumping so much snow elsewhere. will turn to sleet and ice later on tonight but should be minor.
and wonder of wonders, the generator fired right up and is fully operational. They started yesterday morning and it's working today. That must be a record, thanks to the gas company being responsive.

North bound lanes. There seams to have been a couple of wrecks. That stalled traffic and then they got snowed in. This all happened about an hour and half from me. I'm on the WK. So I'm going off news reports.
