I have a dyson 25 it would not tilt back without the front going up. There is a small black piece of plastic among the gray and red - it broke. If you are looking from the back it is on the bottom on the right hand side of the ball. I don't know how frequently this happens - it's been working good for 4.9 years. Their 5 year warranty is good. I wanted to repair it myself but they said that particular repair was a shop repair. It took the repair expert 20 minutes to fix it so it would have taken me about 2 hours - less than the 3 hour trip but we needed a road trip anyway.

The Sun City in Georgetown did not have a book club or a vegan cooking club, so that was a disappointment.

I'm used to HOAs, they are needed so there are no surprises from your neighbors, and the fees - I came from a hi-rise condo in Houston. I could have made the "Green Acres" TV show.

really miserable day thanks to Microsoft. Spent most of the day trying to fix my email, hired a local to diagnose, he said it was Microsoft's problem, and apparently he was right, came back on at 5:30pm, of course after I had set up a new gmail account instead of hotmail and had blown every saved password on my pc. Including TBN, which I just now got back into. The local tech said Microsoft was rolling out Windows 10 and he thought they were on overload.

We got about .65 inches of nice steady rain. All good.

My Acurite says 114˚, the car says 104˚, The old bulb mercury says 103˚.
