Good evening all. 60F at the start, made it to 81F mostly overcast all day with occasional breaks and windy. Thunderstorm in progress, no hail or really strong wind yet . Did finish mowing and bike ride today.

Don, not a pit viper head too skinny, hog snake is my guess. Pit viper are the most common poisonous snake and always have the triangle shaped head.

Kinda funny in a way,Mrs. caught me good about not paying attention :confused3: last Friday I stop order 5 cords of wood for this coming winter delivering wood about May 1st,Mrs. told me couple weeks before she was going to purchase pellet furnace... I forgot sooo one more winter burning wood,I just can't cancel wood order wouldn't seem right.

Not much of a charge and a small bond, too bad. Looks like he's been in the sun.

Think I might make a little call to the Judicial Assistant of the Judge down in Monroe County Florida where he was originally arrested, who released Ol' Seth on a written promise to appear, and give her the full 411 on the little miscreant ...

Might have some bearing on how he gets handled if he can't make bond and has to go back and face the music ...

Might even get ahold of the Judge up here that he made look like a fool ...

Could even get ahold of the US Attorney up here and see if they want to pursue the Federal charges ...

If the moron were facing real time in a Federal facility he might fold up like a cheap blanket and cop a plea ...

First though, I'm gonna get ahold of Property and Evidence and see if they got my chainsaw when they arrested him ...
