Blowing mulching seems to be more work than mowing,but least its cooler doing so.

I try to keep the blowing with the handheld blower to an absolute minimum.

I do blow and mulch them into windrows with the mowers ... mainly to let the grass dry out some before I pick them up with the TracVac, so they're not as heavy (or as sticky)

Whether it works out or not, usually depends on the weather ... if rains before I get them picked up and dumped I'm screwed ... :laughing:

Good evening all. 59F this morning, overcast, gusty north winds. Forgot to put rain gauge up after mowing, nearby rain gauge had .22 in. . Three lines of weather last night, had power blip, lost min-lights on back porch. High for the day was 72F, winds died down this afternoon and sky cleared off. Nap and putter day, dryer quit working, knob had cracked and quit turning the timer control. Got the cars out from garage, boat made it tight get in and out for second car . Lot of leaves down, haven't seen much color here yet.

If I can find a nice t-top that is affordable in my price range I'm assured no boredom
