With my constant neuropathic body "sunburn" and hyper-sensitivity to touch I would not be able to sleep without it. It does mess with REM sleep; actually it can extinguish it, but it increases deep sleep states so it's a trade off. I am starting to have visual REM dreams again in CR since stopping. If I do REM dream it usually is mostly in print. My "visual" dreams are usually from pre/post sleep to wakefulness transitional states.

Children/adolescents are not sufficiently "wired" to handle marijuana. That can apply to some adults as well.

LS/Ted, our farm was named Rockwood Farm on the lower end of Aquetong Road where it met River Road just above Bowman's Tower.
My grandfather bought 116 acres for 16 grand and we have the letter where he expressed his concern to the realtor that he was paying too much.
You know what that area is like now; I couldn't afford a farm there like what I have now. I'd have to add one million dollars to the price tag.
Here I can have fun because I can afford it; Newtown btw is just wall to wall Audis and Land Rovers going by. Almost no one drives a truck.
And there is so much traffic all the time. And here I can drive to town and not get behind another car. But green and pretty? You bet.
Just too many people there now. My little high school of New Hope Solebury scored number two in the State for educational achievement.
Everyone wants to live there.

Versus where I live now where schools aren't so hot and only retirees will move in, not families looking for the full package.
NC doesn't deliver on education unfortunately, certainly not in this area. Which is why I pay less than two thousand annually for all in taxes.

Yes, when I think of New Mexico I do not think of green.

Down to 70, that sounds so good! Went to my old top soil pit, broke the crust and got a few buckets of dirt to fill some low spots. Really got to have a couple of loads delivered so I can level several areas. My top soil is so pure, it’s like black cornstarch powder, it will harden if it gets dry, so I have to mix it with other dirt.
