31 here this morning with about an inch of snow on the driveway. Will snow for a few more hours. Will be a fun commute for the wife and I.

31 here on the Delmarva, high in the low 50’s. Not going to put the flag back up until after Wednesday storm is gone. Got my debris all cleaned up yesterday and day before. Got all my building shutters painted to match and reinstalled. Put out Easter decorations inside and out. My last Mugga pine died last fall so I need some evergreen in front of the house. I’ll do my spring house wash first.

Discovered Mucinex DM 12 hour and it is working, feel better and slept the best since the 13 of Feb. Hope it helps some of you if you need it. Don't know what I will do today but i feel like thinking about it.

Good Morning. A warm night now it's cooled off to 69˚.
Mostly I used to go on 50-70 mile rides when preparing for triathlons but that was before my knee surgery and moving up here. The roads out here are a bit dangerous with a lot of vision impaired drivers and narrow lanes. I also could not leave from my house I'd have to drive out of the gravel/mud roads first. I do envy you, it might happen again.
The calcium test is pretty accurate in seeing the plaque that has turned to calcium. It was accurate on me. I did hear of one person that his plaque was not old and calcified and it did not show up. It is the newer plaque that has the tendency to break off and star the heart attack. Health issues are so individualized but yet we all tend to group everybody alike. With all the combination of inherited genes and different things, including diet to turn on and off genes, everybody is truly very different.

Good morning. Nice sunny, slightly above freezing day here. Just went walking with the dog out in the fields to think about how I'm going to do rotational grazing out there.

The advanced forecast has shifted warmer for us. After yesterday's forecast night time low of 6°F it is not forecast to go below 28°F. This means that the 2 olives and one decorative tree taking refuge in the garage can go outside now. That frees up the 2m^2 of space they were taking of the 25m^2 total.
