Buckeye, I have our 3 credit cards setup to notify me anytime there is a charge over $50. . . .
My fraud charges were under $50 and one was for $1. Each charge was for a little bit more, like they were testing the waters.

It wasnt clear cut fraud, but deception. They offered a free trial which she signed up for. During checkout they said you just pay shipping, $4.95 which she agreed to. However, the "terms and conditions" say it isn't free.Good morning! 24˚F heading to 53˚F sunny.
Buckeye, I'm surprised MC is not more involved in the fraud and is not working with you more.
The day before we went on vacation Discover text me at 5am and ask me if i made an online purchase, I did not and after reviewing the purchases there were thee fraudulent charges that night. They stopped the card and assured me I was not responsible. Their fraud division seems to be on top of the situation all the time. They have notified me of questionable and unauthorized charges before I ever get a statement.
Ron, good luck on your drive. All my doctors are at least that far away, a little closer than work.Drinking first cup of hot coffee. -2° with mostly cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 22° with cloudy skies. Sun came out yesterday. Temperature made it to 33° and some snow melted. Worked on some spring house cleaning. So I will not be stuck in the house when warmer weather gets here. Wife has OT today. But have to drive to Dr office to pick up reports for therapist. 80 mile round trip I do not like. Day will be shot by time I get home.
Weather is looking good for the weekend. 40° with rain. Then 50+° one day next week. Goodby Snow.
Prayers for everyone. We all need them. Some just to stay out of trouble.
Good Morning All.

Now that's weather! I once went on an overnight backpack trip when it got down to -20F. When I awoke the next morning, the inside of the tent was all frosted white, as were the tops of our sleeping bags. Scrambled eggs were on the menu for breakfast, but we couldn't eat 'em fast enough to keep 'em from freezing to our aluminum cook kit plates.18 ー below zero and we are searching for 14 above. Wind NW 14 mph. 40% chance of flurries.
Our annual tanker 'safety meeting' will be over two days in the middle of April. We call it a safety meeting but mostly it is corporate BS about how they want us to act when we are on the road. Now that the family sold us out to a corporation I can just imagine how deep the BS will be. This will be my 33rd one and the BS never stops. I will go down there on the day before and grab a motel room for the two days.
