Have you tried Bleach?? We use that and it keeps them out of the garbage can!

Now that you mention it, the Kubota dealer has also been giving me the steel shipping pallets used to transport the RTVs. They're about 10' long and 5' wide, and each has 5 @ 1"x2"x10' rectangular tubes and 5 @ 1" x 2" x 5' rectangular tubes, along with a couple of flat plates. Originally I was going to disassemble them to make hoops for a new set of plastic firewood pallets, but now I've accumulated 14 of them and am thinking I could just bolt them upright on a concrete foundation and they would make great framing. The price is certainly right...

Sounds like a solid frame for your Hardie panel. 🤙

long day, nice out though.
Trip to ENT only told me I went to the wrong guy for second opinion, so back I go again...

Had realtors in this morning talking to me. A bit emotionally unsettling...
Will be interesting to see what they say my place is worth now.
Hard to get these guys to think a year out, they of course want to sign you up today.
Though they know that doesn't work for me. I'm in no rush to go anywhere but I need to understand my finances better;
like to have my ducks in a row.

Every single ceiling in this house has white stucco ceiling paint, the bumpy stuff. That was the only thing they said was an issue
that jumped out at them. Some people hate the stuff apparently.
They also said they would want to offer an optional price including all maintenance equipment. Hmmmm. Not quite sure he's priced a new
large utility tractor recently... but I could include the JD lawn mower, weedeaters, etc. Go buy your own tractor...likely anyone buying this place would get a smaller
tractor anyway for hobby use.
It all makes my head spin but I'm good with numbers and a good planner so if I take my time and don't let others rush me, will work out fine.

RNG, one of Messicks videos describes Kubota's TLB line and how much heavier duty they are. Built to be worked day in, day out, so quality is there.
Really an issue of the driving position, sure a big difference in types you are looking at.

Realtors now a days seem to want to list for quick sale. Not what a place should be listed for. Finding the right Realtor to list and sell your place may be a challenge.

Ron, yes, my challenge is few comps in this area, but these folks are pros. They send up drones for overhead videos,
pretty extensive marketing. I'm just not ready for them and have no intention of rushing.

might want to plug into this and see if Equifax owes you anything. Not me.

hope you all have a nice weekend.

I am eligible to file a claim. In 2014 someone tried to file a tax return thru TurboTax with my name to IRS. TurboTax gave 2 years of Equifax support. Then that got hacked. No way will I file a claim to get hacked again. ☹️ They should be forced to pay everyone who was hacked a large sum of money.
I now get a new code numbers every year that is put on my tax return.

Roy, have you got your computer problems solved ? I seem to have also fallen victim to a windows update issue. Laptop wouldn't connect to internet, claiming the WiFi wasn't working. After trying a few things and getting nowhere, I ended up uninstalling the wifi driver then rebooting which got windows to automatically reinstall and behave properly.

More or less...I removed the Wifi Adapter and rebooted...just like you did. Still occasional issues, but it works most of the time

Drew, they always tell you above top dollar, to lure you into signing a contract. I doubt they've priced a high end Deere rider. If you do that, be sure to sell yours and go buy the Home Depot model for 1/5 the price. 97% of the people don't know the difference. Don't worry about the bumpy ceiling stuff. Don't offer to have it changed without a very high price offer. Most people WILL see the hard work and such that you've done to the place. It's hard to add up the multitude of improvements you've done. What women look at, is how clean or spotless a place is. Like deep cleaned. Sorry about your unsettledness. Lots of memories.

My neighbor finally sold his house/5 acres. Not sure what price they had to come down to, but the listing got stale. He sold his tractor right after they put it up for sale, and he told me he sold it too early.

Roy, are you drowning in a sea of estrogen still?

I din't do much today. Got caught up on some studies for work. Fixed a flat on the kid's bicycle. Killed some wasps in the barn. Mud daubers mostly. Hate 'em, but they do kill spiders.

My wife made the best chocolate cake from scratch today. Oh it was delicious.

It is getting very dry here. Patches of yard are turning brown. Very little chance of rain for the next week. :(

The dry air has been a nice reprieve from the humidity.

Hang in there BEF! Are they going to put you on the medieval "rack".

Hope Randy is scooting around better.

Prayers for all.

Good evening all. 66F, clear, calm. Light wind today, sky became partly cloudy, and high temp of 90F. Bike ride to start morning, then lunch and finish weedwhacking, then nap and help wife cook dinner. New Golf cart showed up, fast, quiet, steering is tight, just a dream :)
Buckeye, hang in there. prayers coming.
Drew good luck with selling your house. When we sold in St. Louis area it was surprising how mush the house should look like the modern trends :confused3: No one cared about the construction details until the the couple that bought it looked at it :confused2:
Buppies, praying for good biopsy results.
PJ went to church in Ferguson growing up.
Ted good to hear you are getting some rain and family made it safely.
Prayers for all.
