"I decided to clean the north side of my metal barn today. I did not want to use a bleach solution, for fear of accelerating rust. So I just mixed some simple green with some water and sprayed it on. It helped, but not nearly as efficient as the Jomax/Bleach solution. My arms got tired from all the pressure washing up high on the ladder."
Have you ever tried Wet & Forget Kyle? No rinsing, no bleach. It doesn't work fast but, does keep surfaces clean for a long time.

I use it with my pressure washer foam gun.
I'll bet it works good. Make sure you cover up well when spraying it. That's some pretty tough stuff. Here is the SDS sheet.

Here is the active ingredient:
Akyld Dimethylbenzylammonium chloride
I believe it to be quite corrosive, but I will defer to any chemical peeps out there.
Need to make a quick run to Walmart.
BEF, I'm finding out that many, many have read it.
Don's rumor may be correct, Austin has verified 2 people with the virus.
