55 and clouds moving off to the east to leave what I expect will be a great sunrise...after a huge storm last night. Should see 72.

Got a nice long hike in yesterday, then gave the screened porch a good cleaning. Buppies, I was just thinking yesterday that the number of stink bugs are way down this year around here...still saw 2 yesterday on the porch screen, but not the numbers of last 2 years.

Same here ... although I don't discount the possibility that they'll show up inside the house in the coming days ...

71°F and no rain last 24 hours.

Sophie and I mark 37 years today. I am blessed.

Trip to Vet for next round of shots for the little one this morning. PO spot, likely a few errands. Will pretty much take the morning. Nothing planned after that.

Oh yeah ... it's a screamer (95 decibels or more)

Guy I bought it from hooked it up to his BX 1850 and wound it up before we loaded it in the van.

Doubtful you'd want to operate it without hearing protection.

Good luck on your defrosting ... and I hope you get a refund ... :thumbsup:

relating back to David/Sodamo's comments on colonoscopy, read today that one in 350 procedures resulted in serious complications and one
in 3500 procedures resulted in patient death. Whoa. And normally there is zero risk info given to patient, doctors know best... Article suggested less invasive
testing. You bet.

... Ken, best thing I ever did with my 9hp Little Wonder blower was get the tow kit for it, and pull it behind my garden tractor. My paved driveway was along the woods, and it was a perfect solution to blow the pine needles into the woods instead of raking them. It was used when I got it, old cast iron Briggs on it, and just ran great, always started on first or second pull.
What would have been really nice to install was a remote control bypass/deflector so when going in the opposite direction, one could shoot the air upwards.
That's something RS has the talent to rig, and I highly recommend it.

The stock deflector (missing on my unit) when lowered will reverse the airflow 180 degrees in the opposite direction:

I will likely fab something up to do that - since Jacobsen wants way more for just the deflector itself ($674 and change), without all the associated hardware - than what I paid for the entire blower ...

sat outside in the sun for a little while and read my book, simply lovely out.

WOO-HOO! Hydraulic toplink completed and operational! I have the boxblade on and it rolls it forward and back nicely! Should make adjusting it a lot easier for sure!
