Good evening all.
Back home in Texas, 1250 miles since Saturday, 19 hour of drive time
no problems with roads. Will start catching up tomorrow, no nap today so too tired to start tonight.

Can’t drive to Fl without passing thru Georgia.
Been thru it a few times, Savannah is nice. Just discovered my pictures of savannah were mislabeled Charleston SC, but I confirmed they are places in savannah, so got that fixed.
In 1995, while my wife was pregnant with our first son, we visited her Great aunt and uncle near Macon GA. This is not their house, but Macon has some great houses.
Here is a sample of her uncles paintings on old saws.
On this trip we started at the beach in NC for a few days with my HS friend at a beach house, drove to Macon to visit her Great Aunt and uncle, stopped to visit friends in AL, then visited my wife’s elderly friend in Nashville TN. We visited our friends in Murfreesboro TN. Another foreshadowing, our oldest son, then unborn now lives there just 5 minutes away from our friends. Strange how things happen in life.
And yes, you can drive to FL without going thru GA.
