Drew, is the driveway grader for the church you are having issues with, or the new one?

But the fact the burn did burn another farm leads more credibility to a reckless act. Our counties VFD has a lot of calls out to control burns that got out of control. That should not happen, usually a unpredicted wind is in the mix but that is why the counties have to institute burn bans - because common sense is not so common.Don, sounds like political grandstanding to me. Locals didn’t like the forest service’s controlled burns.
I have the same problems to varying degrees but found that exercise helps. I walk 3 miles or so daily and then do 30 or 40 knee bends and stretches and I have found it really helps in my case. My issue was beginning cramps that woke me up and if I did not get up right away it would develop quickly into a more severe crampThere has been a fair amount of discussion in the past of leg cramps and various remedies. Lately, my complaint is a lower leg pain, usually both legs, low including ankles. Kinda sharp, like all the way into the bone, not the muscle. Not what I think of as a cramp, but maybe so. Shifting doesn’t help. I actually have to get up, walk around a bit. Usually a trip to bathroom will suffice. The other night I was up 3 times, driven by the leg pain not bathroom necessity.
While I usually don’t drink much late to avoid bathroom trips, those would be preferred over the leg pain. Guessing it must be sleep related as never a daytime problem. While this has occurred from time to time in last year or so, now it has been nightly for the last week plus. Anybody?
I think it's time for a TBN road trip to helpThanks for the prayers and thoughts. Much better now!

New mill arrived Thursday, now how am I ever going to find time to run it?![]()
Wife use compression socks to reduce swelling and it helps her a lot. She puts them on in the morning and takes them off in the evening when she gets into the easy chair.David, I have pains in lower legs/ankles too. My brother swears by his compression socks and anklets. He puts on the anklet first, then the compression sock. Says they help him great. You can buy them in differing compression levels. I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with them?
My pain is not the same as gout (like I had about 25 years ago when I drank 2-3 beers/day).
My wife and I can both relate to the leg pain. Both from lower back down. Restless legs also a problem. Magnesium is supposed to help. My wife gets the proper magnesium powder and puts it in water. She gets more cramps than me and wakes up with a squeal. Then that wakes me and so forth. Mine occurs mainly in the hamstrings and makes it hard to climb out of bed.69°F and and .95 inches rain.
Another day ahead looking forward to minor accomplishments. My buggy yesterday was a box to hide the propane bottle I installed for the remodeled suite. Today ???

About 10 years ago, I had one of the somewhat extensive heart studies, one that involved a number of tests over a couple of appointments, last being the treadmill. At the outbrief, mention of decreased vein function/activity in my lower legs ( I’m sure there was a proper term used) as the only area of note, otherwise my heart was in excellent shape. The only recommendation was he could prescribe compression socks. Or I could just buy on my own. I did wear for a bit, but never felt a difference, so stopped. Think I’ll try them again.
