Q: Didn't want to start another thread and could not find with the quick search. Anyone have a recommendation for a driveway alert? Looking on Amazon now but do not know which models might work the best. Need to go Solar, no power where I want to mount - not even sure where I will mount? Reading the descriptions some say do not face into the sun. My drive runs S-N so across the drive would be in the sun at some point.

35F partly cloudy low 40's for high gusty winds at times.

Outside chores done E muffin time.
Plans for today...town for critter food,pickup load grit for driveway icy spots cause by 1/2" snow than good soaking of rain do some puttering and date night...yup 2 step forward 1 step back kinda day.

Morning all, 53 going to 57 and partly cloudy, some light rain last night.
Ground still slippery and mushy,
Son is now in two bands, one that plays gigs in bars and one that is still trying to do so.
And he is still doing School of Rock show. We will have to keep an eye out for overload.

Uncle decided not to do heart surgery for now, will re-evaluate in 6 months, he is 90 so not unexpected.

Got connectors for sons amp so will need to fix that this weekend

List has not grown shorter lately.

Good. morning! 46˚F cloudy North wind heading for s sunny afternoon and 50˚.

I will attempt spicy sausage attempt 2 this morning.

I started working on the back yard garden. The front of the garden will be 10 dwarf youpons and then a raised bed behind those for a kitchen garden and a stepping stone walk path between the house and the raised bed. I ordered this pair in brown from TS.

Don, any issues with vegetables grown next to galvanized steel? Am wondering about chemicals from galvanizing.

Ken how does that work for a teenager playing in bars?
Do they have earlier shows? When we played in bars, we used to have to play until 2am. After loading out and getting home, made the next day pretty non productive, unless it was another gig, then you slept all day.
