45 and damp, going to 71 then probably rain.

With low wind, while changing the oil in my truck, it was a delight to smell the competing aromas drifting by from Sweet Betsy, Royal Paulownia, and Lilac. I'm a fan of all 3, but together was something special.

My wife had her stitches removed yesterday, and the doctor gave her 12 really clear color photograghs of the inside of her shoulder during last week's surgery...showing the tools inside, and the damage they repaired, every step of the way. I didn't know they had enough clearance to get such clear photography, but it makes sense since that's how they do the surgery. This doctor team/company works on the Washington Redskins Commanders. They have a complete surgical center inside their doctors' office building. But the bad news is he said no driving for 2 more weeks.

Calling for rain next 4-5 days.
Got some of the bigger holes patched on the driveway.
Another local paving company showed up out of the blue yesterday, they must not be busy as this is the first year we had them just show up down our long drive.
Will meet up with neighbor to discuss whether he wants to move forward and then I will call a few for real quotes.

Good morning, the low is 36 and the high to 53°F. Wind N 5 mph. 2% chance of rain.

I am glad the gravel came yesterday in the rain. I didn't have to waste my water packing it all down.

Next battle is the PO. I will do that while I am doing the dump/town run today.

White rice stores better than brown rice.

Yes, but, white rice has the husk, bran, and germ removed, which extends shelf life but at a cost. White rice contains less fiber, protein, antioxidants, and certain vitamins and minerals than brown rice. We always buy brown rice and have never had any rice gone bad. Has anyone?

Good morning! a wonderful 1" rain last night and more expected tomorrow, so I hope it dries enough by this evening to mow or I'll have to set the lawn mower up another inch.

Outside chores well before crack of dawn,E muffin didn't taste as good going down driveway instead at table with glass of milk.

Did the super market run for the Mrs.,stop at HD for 3 more solar lights Mrs. wanted,fill up pickup $62.00 for half tank. Soon head to laundromat wash outside overalls and trimmer pants t shirt...don't even dare to use house washer. This afternoon take Mrs. to doctor appointment,finally give pickup good washing inside and out....yup that should be enough to deserve dinner.
