Good (Wednesday) morning. Overnight Low of 8.1C and it's presently 21.6C, lightly overcast (more of a 'film' as the sun is coming through) and calm (claim of stronger wind this arvo).
After I posted yesterday I noticed a grey haze that increased in intensity. A quick review of the State's Fire Service website showed that there was a 'fuel reduction' burn going on practically next to the property. It's the area that didn't get burnt during the bushfire we had a couple of years ago. Thick smoke on & off during the day, depending on any breeze occurring. There's still a 'hint' of smoke/haze this morning.
Oh, well. It needs to be done.
Today is 'into town' day for mail/groceries. I may get to replacing some more star-picket plastic caps that I noticed had deteriorated due to UV rays when I cleaned up Paddock #5.
That's about it, take care all.
