Don, yes, need to size returns properly also. I have 3 returns upstairs and I ran numbers on them also.
Bigboy burns oil, it was converted.

Next week will get hot again. Looks like rain will miss us again today, think I’ll buy a trash pump, and start pumping water from the creek for the garden. Better save my well.

What are the chances of DNR having a say in this endevour?

I am not cutting the grass today. Not enough wind. When it is out of the south west, we get almost nothing in here behind the trees. I need at least a 10 to 15 mph wind so the bugs cannot fly. The grass isn't going anywhere and will still be there when the wind comes back up.

pricing porch ceiling pine, Menards has pretty good price. Closest is 3 hrs away. Called a mill in PA, 3.5 hrs away, they are $8 more per 16 ft board, but they make the stuff there, and they sand it. probably could order it local if I knew where. most local places like lowes just say out of stock, and based on their price of $35 for a 12 ft board, they would be a lot higher.

Trying to decide where to place overhead lights in the ceiling, probably center between porch posts. want to remove the front wall lights. would like to combine so 3 switches operate the ceiling lights but don't have wiring for 3 way and don't want to tear into an interior wall, so side porch will probably stay on one switch, front ones on front switch, garage one on garage switch...

problem with planning these projects, they tend to grow..

They don’t keep much stock, has to be ordered.
My neighbor bought his lumber from them when he built his house. I pushed their stuck delivery truck out when they got hung up one day.
I drive by them about every day, won't hurt to stop in.

I see the place near gettysburg, where I bought my pole barn, has it, call for pricing... they only open M-F.
