Spending day talking and emailing lawyer regarding pipeline proposed across our farm.
Let me tell you, pipeline companies suck. Lawyer works for us.
pipeline co sent this for our review last week, and want us to approve a route that sucks. This isn’t a 3” line. They want to run close to house, down middle of our best field, cross our water line from the well to the house. I countered with, down west property line to south property line, enter and exit property same places.
They just countered with a route behind our barn.
I just responded that EPA considered that part of field a wet land years ago when oil well was drilled, and they had to move it, and it goes right thru one of the developed springs on the farm.
I told lawyer I prefer they go around us.

No. It was in a shopping center, on the right going away from the airport. More of a family restaurant, my partner in crime had pork chops. I can’t remember the name.

I drove by you. My lot is 14 road miles north of the airport.Never notice planes, I’m in line with runway 6 north, 24 south.

Yes, the Patio series of lawn mowers. Seems like Deere thought they could sell those to places that really didn't care for the green tractors. As I recall they didn't move that well for them, till some serious discounting began.

Couldn’t get online this morning, error msg in app.

Did get a few hours mowing. Until cloud rolled in with accompanied drizzle. If just passing I can get back out there, but not looking encouraging.

Talked with my tractor tech. Trying to schedule for Monday
Not sure what will be accomplished as his next level support wants to witness what’s happening.

Good (Friday) morning. Overnight Low of 7.4C and it's presently 15.9C, overcast (rain tonight) & calm.
