Good morning! Our lows have been in the 20's, highs right around 50°. No precip at all for almost 30 days. None in the next 7 days either. I can foresee bad drought conditions increasing.....
It's still a whirlwind here.... trying to get everything coordinated.
Now, for the second time, the hospital has scheduled a procedure on a day already scheduled for something else by the same hospital!
Some of the depts call and discuss days / times. Others just 'schedule' and send a notification. One Dr. already called us this week and said we missed an appointment..... no, we have that scheduled for xx /xx..... Someone is getting a call tomorrow, I hope I can be subdued when complaining to them......
Three more tests / procedures will be done this week, then chemo starts for Dona. She is struggling. She is on 5 different pain meds, which barely dent the surface.....
Bad news: the back surgeon won't touch her until the cancer gets more 'under control', whatever that means..... he did refer her to a different doctor to see if he will do some injections. We aren't hopeful.
I'm getting worn out. Still a wild roller coaster ride emotionally. Good days / bad days... it is what it is. I have to be strong. Really, really strong.
I'll check back in when there is some news.
Everyone have a peaceful Sunday.
