Good (Friday) morning. Overnight Low of 14.2C and it's presently 20.4C, mostly cloudy with a breeze.

Yesterday's busy schedule went well... the 'Foot Dude' must have dug into both sides of my R big toe to prevent any ingrown nails as it's somewhat sore today. Money & time well spent. The dentist was a bit of a surprise, though; as I mentioned I'd somehow chipped a tooth last week but didn't have it 'looked at' as I had a scheduled 'cleaning' for yesterday.

I thought that it would be a simple matter of 'filing' the sharp edges off, but she actually repaired the chip... so, yay.

I have no idea what I'll get up to today. Fine by me.

Good evening all. 52ºF for the start, partly cloudy sky, light breeze. Light wind, mostly clear sky, and high temp was 83ºF. Made oatmeal for breakfast, had good talk with friend on phone, got some laundry and bills done, short bike ride, got started late, stopped to help a friend and his boat, chatted with another friend stopped for lunch and didn't restart. Got good nap in. No news on brother, Drs cant do anything more to help him.

Scott(vt) hope firewood processing goes well. I put my own up because on the insert's small size and most people around like the bucked legnth around 22-24 inch, I cut mine at 14 inch. Not sure what I will do when unable to do mine, don't need much, less than 12 cord per year.

Cleaning ladies did great job even brought me some food the mom went thru school with Holly they are good friends.

Drinking first cup of Tim Horton coffee. 27° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 50° with mostly sunshine. Grocery shopping went good. After putting them away. Did some cleanup around woodworking machines. Lots of sawdust from previous projects. Waited until most of the snow melt before taking Sassy for her daily walk.She did not like walking in what little snow was left. But still made the whole walk. Going to start hooking up water and filters to garden pond today.

Up on the couch all night. Couldn't sleep. I don't recommend cutting down two trees and stacking the branches in a pile if you have problems with your hands!
I thought maybe working them would force the arthritis away...WRONG!
Definitely nothing will be done today! Will even have her fill the pellet stove.
Acid reflux issues happening also. We tried a new food for something different. Won't have again.
This getting old stuff isn't easy! Lol!

Just got a report on Holly she has her stay extended for 6 months formality really but she became very intrusive going into other people’s rooms refused medication got shot. They are going to recommend nursing home I hope this doesn’t happen.

soundbar in rv did not work. I think the fiber optic cable was damaged so I ordered another, which was supposed to come
in yesterday but lots of stuff from Amazon shown "coming late". If I can't get this to work, need to consult with my resident stereo
whizs.
DC fresh water pump in rv waterhammered like mad. I have a small air bladder on the system and I think it lost air over the winter.
so have to remember to take air pump to rv Sunday and put several pounds of air into the accumulator tank. That should smooth things out.
if not, I have a spare variable speed water pump to replace it all with. Sounds like a good Sunday project, might have to get to orchard today for apples,
my coin of the realm for helpers.

Drew you are right this is whipping me

Had a long conversation with a friend yesterday we are more alike than I ever imagined he helped me and I helped him that’s what friends are for.

The other day had a call from granddaughter of my old grading manager. She said she was on break and needed to check on me. Told me how fond her granddaddy was of me and that he was still alive he would come to my house and put a knot on my head. I sit in the house too much basically doing nothing drive is gone.

Son asked if I wanted to go shooting ride UTV etc. I’ve lost interest if this doesn’t change I’m done

Maybe those with acid reflux are also having stomach gas problems. My Dr suggested taking Gas X. It helped a lot. Today I take Alka-Seltzer heartburn and gas chews. Solves my stomach problems.

34° now rain/snow mix for next few hrs. Highs in low/mid 40’s and cloudy rest of day, winds ESE 5-10 mph.

Yesterday was a do nothing sort of day, previous night at the emergency vet until 2:30 am. Jasmine hurt back leg jumping off chair while tangled in her blanket, fortunately nothing broken just strained. Seems ok now but needs to be kept restrained for a couple days, although she doesn’t think so!

No plans for today just gather stuff for dump run tomorrow. Crappy weather for the weekend, chilly mix rain and snow showers. Only 70 more days until summer.

Buppies, I am sure glad I had lots of support with my mother’s care. My Sister and two Aunts gave me all kinds of support. There is no way I could have handled all the care and decisions that were needed for her care.
A few years after my mother’s passing. My two Aunts ended up with similar conditions. I was the one called on for support for their caregivers.

Good morning, 42 going to 50, rained all day yesterday and looks like rain is returning later today

Worked on reorganizing the kitchen and supplies.
Also opened boxes for the Primeweld equipment and wanted to activate the warranty only to find out it shipped with warranty of 3 years already in effect.

Have increased the workouts after injuries and the after burn in shoulders and arms actually felt good yesterday, today will focus on back and sit up exercises

Buppies, not easy. Wife asks every morning how is Buppies doing? We feel for you and hope you can in time recover some of your energy and feel better
