Coffee is brewing. 56° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 60° with overcast skies and brisk winds. .08" rain from overnight thunderstorms. Conserve energy never happened yesterday. From the storms that passed thru Friday morning. Some branches fell from top of trees to lower branches. Did cleanup the dropped branches. Installed hitch on neighbors golf cart. Tried it out on their dump cart. Works as planned. Not sure neighbors wife will master backing up a trailer. Need to get back at garden weeding today.
Morning Stretch.

Good morning, the low is 59 and going to a high of 64°F. Wind E 9 mph. Showers with risk of a T-storm.

A wet Victoria Day long weekend for sure. Not that it matters to me, but a lot of people opening up their cottages wont like it.

I think I will go back to bed.

Have a safe day all

Good Morning,
North Atlantic, somewhere off the coast of US. Foggy and cool, 60 or so going to 66. Every one is still sleeping so I will need to find some coffee soon.

Yesterday everything went pretty smooth with boarding and then having lunch. The food was excellent for both lunch and dinner.

Phil, beautiful job on the shift knob, that’s a classic. I’m surprised that a British car would have English threads but I guess that’s possible.
Beautiful job just the same.

Hope all have a Great day 🙏

63 going to 88. Delayed taking Della out, since raining now, had hail at 4am...went outside to eyeball the size...1/2 inch.

Scotty, congrats on the certification.

Senior Prom Day! Ken, hope he has a blast.

Mowed for 2.5 hours yesterday, until a shower ran me in. Got most done...had to dodge 2 blacksnakes...see more this year than ever. All different sizes, and bulges in their bellies. Also dodged a batch of rabbit fur and a gutpile. RIP, bunny.

Assembled one of the planters, real nice engineering job, but mediocre instructions...cartoon figures with no words, and no detail on the drawings...so easy to make mistakes...only made one and had to remove 4 bolts and flip the side panel...easy. Got the other to do today.

Made a diesel and dump run.

Looks like rain is ending. Time for a long walk.

Good morning TBN!!
61 going to the mid 80s. Woke to an intense Tstorm this morning with another shortly after. Probably all until late today.
Didn't get much done yesterday.
Went to town to deliver my friends trailer back. Stopped at HF to pick up a couple of chain hooks and a free bucket.
Got one of the rebars cut in half and did some exploratory setting. Did get one set in place, but the humidity was really rough so didn't do a whole lot more but conserve energy.
Might be the same today

Time for a second cup
Everyone have a great and safe day

Good Morning
65° with a high of 80 for today overcast now, but clearing. It’s about time, we have had 4 inches of rain since Tuesday.

It’s been a whirlwind of a week, lots going on.

Managed to get some RC flying in-

The folks at Davis have a sense of humor, check out the statement at the bottom of the display. That some up the whole week.

I broke the bead breaker on my HF tire machine for the 8” tires on the Progressive mower. Was able to weld it back together and complete the tire change. I hate changing small tires.

We took Zoe to Malvern (a bit over an hour away) get spayed.
Her breeder requested that if we get her spayed, that it be done laparoscopically, and that they only remove her ovaries.
She said it was much better, especially for a big dog. The catch was we didn’t realize it wasn’t going to easy or inexpensive to find a vet that had the capability to do it.
But it’s done now. We took her there on Thursday, and picked her up yesterday.
All that rain sure made the grass grow, hopefully it won’t be too swampy when I mow tomorrow. It should dry some today, it will be warm, and no more rain in the forecast.

I’ve got to play a gig this afternoon, should be an easy one, all the equipment and PA is provided. I just need to show up with a bass.

Got up, fed the kitty, let the flock out of the coop.

Since wind was dead, started spraying some Round up. In the 30 minutes, the wind started picking up, but I was done for around the house.

researching the couplings on my 430 loader's dual SCV connections. Not sure if the threads are metric or standard. Hope they are NPT. Deere wants $64. per femal coupler x 4. Probably need new orings or seals but not easy to find out and procure.

Just found a nice coupler rebuild video.

Need to get after it. Low on energy....

Prayers for our team, our nation, and for peace in the world.

Popgadget, I feel the same about small tires. I just did a small 8" x 2" tire on a small electric scooter. I gave the brick and mortar store $17 for a tube you can get 2 on amazon for $10. Hard part is getting the tire back on without pinching the tube. Put a tiny bit of air in the tube so that it forms a toroid in the tire but not pressuring anything. Anyway, the scooter belongs to my new boss, and I gave him another $75 to "buy in" on the scooter. Now I can use it to get around our small city sized campus. It is a GoTrax model.

I was talking with my mom about when she lived up there in youz guyz area of Pennsylvania. She and my father moved in with his mom and step dad in Bristol. This was back in 1948-49. She said the nice couple next door in a row house was from Holland. She also says my step grandfather had an uncle who was a lawyer and he dealt in antiques too. The uncle passed away while they were up there. She remembers New Hope, Washington Crossing. They ate "tomato pie" which was her first time to eat pizza. She also remembers her first roasted sweet corn. Always had plain field corn prior down here. Grandparents eventually bought a new home in Levittown PA. Step grandfather was also a member of a yacht club up there.
