Good Evening,
Good worship service this morning, and the down to my son Doug’s house to help out prior to the party.

Here is my granddaughter Olivia with Elsa and Anna who came to the party, the young girls loved this, they sang all the Frozen Songs and they had a grand time.

checkout was noon
everyone should be out by checkout time
tomorrow's place is normal, check out noon, check in 1.

I've found the reasoning for this in some places they want to come in and both inspect the site and maybe leaf blow it before the next guy. Leaving a three hour window like this place does simply invites exactly what happened.
everything works if folks get out on time, particularly in high demand, always booked places like here

this is the first time in over ten years of rv'ing that I ever got to a site where someone was in it after checkout. Fact and I based expectations on fact.

The place we were at was check out 3 pm, check in 3 pm, no time between. we left about 1.

Not in years. Was a nice ride on the train and good tour of the shops.

reason I asked, is because next to us was a guy from around the Philly area, brought motor cycle in new toy hauler camper who was riding around the area of EBT. We camped about 20 minutes south of it and almost came up friday.

Did some speed reading to get caught up. Was in the vicinity of Engineer, up near the East Broad Top Railroad, but did not ride this year, did last year when camped up that way.
No cell signal at that park, unless we drove to the top of the hill, then could barely make a call but no data. Had to drive down the hill towards the town to get good signal. Thursday we ended up eating supper at a place down there, because the food on the top shelf of our fridge had frozen. Turns out the little thermostat on the end of a wire, had fallen down in the fridge, and wasn't attached at the proper place, so the fridge was getting as cold as it could. I measured -5 deg in the freezer, and below freezing at top of fridge.

We walked around the lake a couple times, got lots of steps in. almost 2 miles from campsite to lake and around it.

Before we left thursday, a house up the road burned. Someone has been rehabbing the house. An old couple used to live here, and I always liked this house.

noticed a headlight out on the honda tonight, and took me over an hour to get the old bulb out. A simple twist, only it wouldn't twist. I finally found my small pipe wrench and got it twisted with that. Only took a few minutes after that.

Drinking fist cup of coffee. 56° with partly cloudy skies. Heading to 83° with mix of sun and clouds. Yesterday cleaned my ring camera's. Got garden pond maintenance done. Then sanded, primed and spray painted a couple of rust spots on tractor fenders. Watched NASCAR race in afternoon. Today will cut grass in front of house.
Harvest moon was very bright this morning even in the clouds.

Turned on the spotlight when I got up this morning to check for critters and saw this Barred Owl right out the window.

Felt guilty not taking Della to the mountains, so took her for a hike and swim...saw these two copperhead together on the trail and turned my next step, which would have been right on them, into a leap. Glad they were preoccupied.
