Good quality asphalt driveway crack filler

I know what products you're talking about, but I can't suggest any of them. I also thought of fixing my driveway cracks that way, but the result was never long-lasting. I had to refill the new cracks and gaps every season or even a few months. I think it is not that hard to do it once in a while, but the cracks were bigger each time, ad I was afraid it would ruin the whole driveway. I decided to call akron asphalt repair and get it fixed pretty quickly. This pourable stuff is an absolute waste of money; you better try a local maintenance service

A little bit of an old thread but I made comments earlier. I had a pro come and seal the cracks in my driveway a little over a year ago. A few of the cracks were deep and “stole” too much of the sealer, so those few were not 100% successful. The rest are almost all still sealed, the stuff is very flexible. I’ll probably have the guy come back next year.

I have a fairly long and old asphalt drive laid and overlaid on expansive soil on a hill and over a creek crossing and it has always cracked. Filling the cracks with a hot tar butyl chalk type product by a professional has proven to work. Everything else fell short

Ancient thread. My issue has been addressed and I have a good system for cracks now. The only opportunity for improvement I'd need is to find an applicator that is self-heated to keep the tar from cooling in it. But for the once a year I do this I'll just keep using the weed burner as a heat source.

No need for further discussion on my behalf...
