Nop, I can't say that I have. I also have not tried the poison. My problem is that I have a 5 and 7 yr old who love to play outside. Traps and poison are not an option for me at this time. The grub killer soaks into the ground and in a day or two after putting it on it is safe for people and pets to walk around. I also have 3 dogs and I've herd that if they eat a mole that has been poisoned that it could make them sick (don't know for sure if that is the truth but not willing to chance it) What I'm worried about is my kids digging up the gum after I try this tactic
well your gopher problems are almost gone 5 and7 another 2 or 3 years and its pellet gun time
they work teaches em to shoot good too cant be off by much with a pellet gun only a direct hit gets em

Yah, My wife and I have been discussing the BB gun time. My 7 yr old is very mature for his age and we've decided on his 8th Bday he will receive his first BB gun. I guess it's time to start cutting out the plywood window covers .

I trapped the buggers. Killed several last year in my septic drainfield area with the standard scissor trap that is sold here in WA but apparently maybe not legal to use.
I have 3 and 6 year old girls. No problems. You put a bucket over the set traps and tell them to leave it alone. Quite satisfying to retrieve the very dead moles and flatten their mounds for the last time.
In the past I have used diazanon to kill the bugs and it has repelled the moles very effectively into my neighbor's lot.
