I did drive south and went to Wisconsin tractor owners favorite place, Fleet and Farm or Farm and Fleet depending where you are. I picked up 32 7 inch tines for .98 cents each. and 3/8" grade 8 bolts. I will probably get out tonight and start the drilling.
A possible, been so long I don't recall how long they are. Combine pea reels had spring fingers and lots of them. If you are anywhere near where pea reels are used you might eyeball them. Should be old ones sitting around in fencerows.
