4. Bottom line-I won't know how a real tractor will handle the local soil conditions until I try it out, I have to rent a JD for that. Hopefully all goes well with the test drive over the weekend...
3. Yes the truck is a lot heavier at 4500lbs or so, of course the tire tread/size comes in to play as far as how they sink or swim in the boggy parts.
2. My name ain't SwampKing for nothin! Parts of my land can get boggy with a lot of rain-adding and grading some fill is a large part of what I want the 2310TLB for. That aside I've gotten the MTD stuck too but it is 2WD, turf tires and most of the weight is up front. Sounds like you have no problems with your Kubota. My buddy with a JD 2210 thinks I'll be fine with 4wd.
