It said in the manual not to losses these screws so there must be some sort of adjustment here right?

He said it said do not loosen them or a professional with proper equipment will have to calibrate it, so there for sure is some sort of adjustment possible there, but it sounds like a normal engine just has it set in the proper place and basically should not need to be touched.

Well the reason I ask is I have a 3TNE68 Yanmar in a pulling tractor and I'm trying to get as much fuel through those tiny 4 mm plungers as possible. I know these plates can adjust the volume of fuel but I've studied them for hours and can't figure out how to adjust them. I know they both have to be the same so if I can figure out which way increases fuel then I'll move them both to "wide open", any help is greatly appreciated.
