grader info

Guys,I just purchased this thing yesterday and it has all the identifying labels scraped off. just wonder if anyone knows who builds it? Also it came without a means to attach it. I wonder if a connection to a draw bar and the top connection point for a top link?
Any info is welcomed,,,

JMO but I think a draw bar and a top link will put a bunch of torque on the 2 points. I would have tabs welded on so you can use your 3 point hitch. It kind looks homemade.
