Grand L 5460 vs 6060 Hp?

Guys i've looked and there the exact same turbo engines. Is it just the ECM that's different or something else?
Post up some pictures so we can compare the intake's of the 2 as I'm curious on how Kubota is making the extra Hp.

Not familiar with the 5460 but manufacturers often turn up the governor (increased RPMs to increase HP.

So I suppose you could just swap a 6060 ECM into the 5460 and have the same power level..

I believe that other than the turbo, all the way back to the 4060 is the same engine. I would imagine that between turbo and computer controls they are incrementally increasing the hp.

My L4060 is a 3 cylinder. The Next one up is a 4 cylinder. I'm might have spring for the extra HP if it had been a turbo (I'm at just 7,000', we lack air here) rather than an extra cylinder.

Will someone go out and take a picture of there Air inlet tube an the Turbo on there 6060? Seems like the Air inlet tube is awful small..

The L3301 and L3901 is the same deal- $2k more for different programming. Saves money on parts stocking.

It's even done on analog diesel engines. My 37hp Branson had a 42hp brother with the same 2 liter four cylinder. They both use the typical Bosch VE type fuel pump. The difference according to the dealer is the fuel injectors.

I don't know what to say, other than the specs from Kubota are 3 cylinders for the L3560 and 4 cylinders on the L4060 - 6060. I counted mine, and it is indeed a 4 cylinder.

Is everything else exactly the same? I ask because in the MX series, the MX5200 comes with extendable lower links and telescoping stabilizers that the MX4800 doesn't. That and the turbo are the biggest differences, I think there may be some other differences too, so the engine isn't the only thing that makes up the price difference. When I was internet shopping it seemed like Kubota did something similar in other lines also.
