Grand L exhaust

Kubota does make a vertical exhast kit for the GL tractors, but you will need to cut out a little of the side panel and hood to install it.
I don not like where exhaust is located either, loader arms are black and it is a pain to hook up to front blade on LH front aswell as chaining to trailer. This should be better.

DDT I just bought a L5740 and am looking for a hydraulic top link. Where did you get yours and do you have a picture of it?

I have noticed a little soot on my snow blower but never really worried about it. Costco sell a cleaner called "Oil Eater". Just spray it on and was off the soot, the stuff is great.

I remember that one of our members rerouted his exhaust on his grand 40. I went back searching but could not find it, I think he attached it to his grill guard and it looked a lot like a truckers stack.

Unfortunatly i think your dealer is misinformed. That vertical stack is one of the first things I requested. 2 dealers said there is no kit. 2 more said there was, then later recanted thier statement after looking to no avail telling me kubota, through sales or parts makes no such thing for the GL. As far as an aftermarket company maybe, but four of them and google searches couldnt find that either. If you do happen to know of one, please do tell, i would love to have it.

Darnit, I was told wrong.....The parts man said no such thing...wish there was. hmm can we make one that dont tear muffler apart?

I got mine from CCM. Philip.

Phillip what is the PN on yours and what is the length/stroke, I am thinking of replacing mine as it doesn't have the dpcv, thanks.

Part number and other information is in pic. Hopfully with this info CCM can give you details to replicate. In my notes I have oem center to center range as 21" - 34". Hydraulic top link center to center range is 21" - 32". Don't forget the 90 degree fittings or the banjo fittings on the dpcv. Philip.

Hey Philip it looks like I'm not the only one interested in your hyd top link. Maybe you should create a new thread just for that project? A lot of us are interested...

My L4330 loader arms are always black from the exhaust to. I don't open the windows on the drivers side because the exhaust smell comes in. Exhaust pipe exiting above the cab would be nice.
