Grand L loader issues?? or operation

I took my L5030 HSTC with 853 loader and SSQA out yesterday. With my bucket flat on the ground, hard or soft surface, I could lift the front wheels off the ground and pull the tractor forward in the dump cycle.

I put the bucket in full dump, put it on the ground and the curl function would not lift the wheels and would barely move the tractor back, sometimes it wouldn't even move.

I disconnected then reconnected all the hoses and it had no affect.

You may be slamming the lever all the way to the right into regen, and if so, you probably can not curl down with enough force to raise the tires off the ground.

Just tilt down or dump the bucket but only move the joystick to the right a little, and let the hyd pick up the front end.

Let us know what happens.

You do shift right to dump bucket correct?

If you get a chance, put a hyd gage in the hyd circuit and tell us the readings. When you curl full up and almost full down. Don't go into regen if you have it.

Mine is a 853 or whatever is on the L5030, same loader basically. I can lift the front with the curl on bucket or pallet forks. I can lift the loaded rears off the ground with them under an immovable object too.

The curl does dramatically fall off in the fully dumped position, you can see this in the angles of the linkage and just using it.

I can't lift the front with the curl if I push past into the regen postion.

It takes about 4-5 seconds at fast idle to start the lifting process after dumping the bucket. First it will set down, then after a few secs it will build pressure and lift. There is obviously air in the cylinders, when it was brand new it did not do this but I've never bled it because every other tractor loader I've used is like this and makes back dragging easier.
